Lance is Founder and Managing Partner of Vision Performance Group providing business owners, executives and managers with real world knowledge, skills, methods and confidence to create lasting positive change and performance within their organizations and their work lives. No theory, just common sense real world experience from the front lines living the role of being a high impact strategic thinker, leader and manager tasked with growing profitable businesses to maximize value and successful exits.
Lance is also Principal of Niagara Wine Tours International, Scenic Properties, has taught entrepreneurship at Niagara College, is a guest speaker at several universities in Canada and the United States, and facilitates high performance team workshops.
Lance was most recently Senior Vice President, Global Banking and Financial Services for Aditya Birla Minacs a global business process solution provider and President and Chief Operating Officer of BCR Ltd. Previously Lance served on the Executive Team for NuComm International and was President of NuComm Credit Services, one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and Gold Standard Award winner with the National Quality Institute. Lance has led multiple acquisitions, business turnarounds and exits while maximizing the value through growth and transition.
Lance’s education includes an MBA from the Queen’s School of Business, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designate, Ontario Society of Management Accountants; Credit Specialist, Credit Institute of Canada – University of Toronto; and Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance Major, University of Notre Dame.
Lance is a certified trainer, coach and facilitator with Allen Training Centers and The Alternative Board.
